Whew! What a subject am i right? Well to start off... What a week haha. Honestly it was just such a cool crazy week haha. Well last p day we went with a couple other companionships to the "ivandry mall" which was flipping america. honestly we all felt so out of place after chilling in the city and slums. FUN FACT: The madagascar antananarivo mission is the dirtiest mission (well city) that missionaries are allowed to work in? Gotta love it haha. But seriously people. I ate a hamburger at the food court. THe other people at this mall were like all... Just not black and malagasy looking, they were french and like indian and like arabic looking.... they were just like... you horrible people! Hha it made me think of all the times i had gone to the mall with all my friends and i was like... who am i?! (say that while singing the les mis who am i) haha. but really the mall was insane. I sent pictures of us eating nutella shakes that were soooooooooo good. So good. Mmm. In the picture is elder dickson and elder carrus.. yes he looks like jacob, yes he is from italy, yes we are good friends. DOWN WOMEN! :) Next on the bucket. Tuesday I made my first loaka! (malagasy food) it was sausage, carrot, tomato, onion and let me say... i did good! I've decided i want to get good at cooking and stuff so tonight im gonna try and make brownies with a recipe from another elder and today when we were at the office i got a good choc chip cookie recipe from sister cloward, one of the couple missionaries! Well. Karate. Tuesday while we were waiting for a time we saw a bunch of kids like doing karate haha so i like went up and acted like a referee. Well then a bunch of other little kdis came and well.. The fight started! It was pretty much me doing moves i saw on the karate kid and makign super racist asain and ninja sounds haha but so much fun. THe leader of the children was honestly the malagsy dopleganger of mason rowell. i almost died haha so cute and so much fun! Well next! to On thursday i had the excellent opportunity to do a split with my good friend elder fox from the mtc.. Yes that's right. Two trainees on a split in madagascar... how sick is that? And let me say... WE killed it! Honestl it was so much fun! Like we weren't limited by trainers who take over everything and we just felt like real, legit, mahay missionaries! He taught me how to tract, and we even got a successfull door pproach! woot! WE were so dope! And honestly we worked so well and ahh it was just so much fun to bewith my buddy from the mtc :) good times. also his house is an effing mansion. honestly it was jsut as big as our hosue at home... which is insane in madagascar. we clled it the castel and it was quite the treat to stay a night in! Also word around the street, from tlaking to the ZL (fox's comp) is there is a chance some newbies are training this next transfer.... what. haha so yeah.... i might train? that's weird. Well to cap this week i performed my first two baptisms... well. nerverackign and awesome and yes i did kiss the picture of our family and a picture of jesus before i left the apartment to go do it haha. Well i baptized berthine and her daughter valiana. Sadly i've honstly barely taught them so i don't know them too well. they've been taught forever, berthine the mom just had to get over paraky which is chewing tobacco! Well they chose me... haha dope. So the baptism was good. I did it in the cute little poolish thing.. the water was absolutley freezing. Berthine like was shaking so bad and then gasped for air like none other after she came up... haha which scared the heck out of poor valiana. it took her a while to finally come into the font and she was shaking sooo bad but i did it and succesfullly said their names (Rasoazanany Berthine and Haingoniaina Valiana Nandrianina) haha yes hose are their names.. classic malagsy names. i absolutley loved valiana's smile when she cme up... she was shaking soooo bad but her smile was sooo big. pretty cool feelign for sure. Well. There you have it kids. What a week. I love you all very very much. Good luck with school eeryone! OH CALEB! I saw a man wearign a Mater Dei shirt and i thought of you hahaha. Well Max!
